All orders are placed via WhatsApp. Once you contact us with your order, we will confirm product availability, total cost including delivery, and expected delivery timeline. An order is only confirmed once payment has been received.
We accept payments via M-Pesa and bank transfer. Full payment is required before dispatch of goods. Payment details will be shared upon order confirmation via WhatsApp.
We deliver nationwide across Kenya. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location. Delivery fees are calculated based on destination and will be communicated before payment.
Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items. Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours via WhatsApp. Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification.
